SHIPPING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receiving this email for an estimated delivery date to generate with your tracking number.
I am not responsible for any delays with USPS & will not refund shipping costs for their delay.
LOST ORDERS
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, I have access to the same information as the customer.
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, I would recommend completing a Missing Mail Search Request by going to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.
This will prompt USPS to search for your package & in most cases it is found within a few days.
If your package cannot be located, please reach out to me via DM on Instagram or email at highrezlvla@gmail.com - include your first & last name, order number & USPS claim ID.
Once an investigation is complete, I will provide a replacement order or refund (minus the shipping cost).
Please note that if an order is marked as delivered, the only option is a replacement. A refund will not be available for orders marked as delivered.
