Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.

All items must be unworn, unwashed & still have tags.

The customer is responsible for paying for & sending the item(s) back. For exchanges, I will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) out.

Once your item(s) are received by me, your refund/exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To process a refund or exchange, please contact me via DM on Instagram or email at highrezlvla@gmail.com - include your first & last name, order number & reason for return/exchange. 

If I receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

DAMAGES 

If the item(s) arrive damaged, I will need a photo of the item(s) showing the damage in question. The customer will be responsible for paying to send back the damaged item(s) in order to receive the replacement(s). I will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement(s).

CANCELLATION & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

I cannot cancel or modify an order once checkout is complete. 

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discounts & promotions cannot be combined or stacked. Discounts & promotions do not apply to past purchases or sale items.
